department
The Department of Management Studies at Jai Hind College, Mumbai, serves as the academic anchor for the institution’s business education ecosystem. It offers a suite of specialized undergraduate programs designed to develop analytically strong, industry-ready graduates. The flagship Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) program under AICTE emphasizes marketing, finance, business analytics, and entrepreneurship through a rigorous project-based learning framework. The department also offers the BBA industry-integrated program under AICTE, developed in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services, which focuses on business transformation, data analytics, and managerial decision-making for technology-driven business environments. Additional specialized programs include the Bachelor in Digital Strategy (BDS) and the Bachelor in International Accounting (BIA), addressing emerging global and digital business domains. Across all programs, the department adopts an integrated development approach that combines classroom rigor with experiential learning, industry exposure, and applied research. Through internships, live projects, capstone work, and continuous industry interaction, students build strong analytical capability, professional maturity, and strategic perspective.

Submission Instructions
- Extended abstracts should summarize the research in 500–800 words.
- Full papers should not exceed 6,500 words, including all tables, references, and appendices, and must follow the standard APA format.
- Authors are expected to present original research that has not been published elsewhere. All data, methods, and findings should be accurately reported, without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation. Authors must properly acknowledge the contributions of others, including citing relevant work.
- Plagiarism, in any form, is unacceptable and will result in the rejection of the submitted paper.
- Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their work.
- Submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously is considered unethical and is strictly prohibited.

Ethics and Malpractices Statement
The International Management Conference is committed to maintaining the utmost standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct throughout the conference process. All authors, reviewers, and participants are required to adhere to the ethical standards governing research and publication.
Authors intending to present papers at the conference must ensure that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere for consideration. Plagiarism in any form, whether it be self-plagiarism, fabrication of data, or dishonesty regarding it, is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism detection software is employed to evaluate all submissions, and papers exhibiting significant levels of plagiarism will be rejected.
Authors are required to appropriately acknowledge the contributions of others through accurate citations and references. Only individuals who have significantly contributed to the research should be recognized as authors, and all co-authors must reach a consensus on the final manuscript prior to its submission.
Review Process guidelines
Peer Review Process
All submissions to the International Management Conference—Industry 5.0: Governance, Technology & Sustainability will undergo a rigorous double blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the research presented. The conference follows internationally accepted academic publishing standards in line with the guidelines recommended for conference proceedings.
Submission of Papers
Authors submit full manuscripts through the official email ID before the specified deadline. All submissions must follow the prescribed formatting and submission guidelines
Initial Editorial Screening
Each submission is initially screened by the Conference Editorial Committee to ensure alignment with the conference themes and tracks, adherence to submission guidelines, and overall academic quality.
Plagiarism Screening
All manuscripts are checked using plagiarism detection software to ensure originality and compliance with ethical publishing standards. Papers with significant similarity or evidence of academic misconduct may be rejected at this stage.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the preliminary screening are subjected to a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each paper is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant research area.
Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, relevance to the conference theme, methodological rigor, theoretical or practical contribution, clarity of analysis, and quality of academic writing.
Final Acceptance
The final decision regarding acceptance of papers rests with the Conference Editorial Committee based on reviewer recommendations and the quality of revisions submitted by the authors.

Editorial decision-making and oversight of the peer review process were conducted by Dr. Rakhi Sharma, Associate Professor, Jai Hind College, Mumbai, India, and Dr. Arunima Haldar, Associate Professor, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India.Peer review was conducted by a committee of academics who jointly assessed each abstract/article.
