About the
department
Due to the widening gap between educational institutions and the requirements of the Industry, there is a necessity to ensure that education reflects changing work tasks and employment structures. This program blends Industry Exposure with Academic Knowledge and is intended to prepare ready to be employed Business Graduates .BBA (Industry Integrated) program is more application oriented and gives practical exposure to the students along with the classroom theoretical knowledge of business & industry. This special programme - designed in collaboration with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) - facilitates students to conveniently pursue careers in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Retail etc. By integrating practical exposure with academic knowledge, the program prepares students for careers in sectors like banking, insurance, and retail, equipping them with the skills to become effective leaders and decision-makers.

Entrepreneurship Cell and Skill Hub (Under RUSA)
Founded in 2007 with a Skill Hub added in 2018, this initiative promotes innovation and skill development under the Institution's Innovation Council. Key events include E-nnovate, a 5-day program with workshops and competitions on entrepreneurship, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, featuring competitions, speaker sessions, and masterclasses on topics like AI and digital banking.
Jai Hind Business Conclave (BBA Initiative)
Launched by Jai Hind College’s BBA Department during the college's 75th anniversary, the Jai Hind Business Conclave is designed to connect classroom learning with real-world applications. The event brings together industry leaders, business executives, and policymakers to exchange innovative ideas and collaborate on creating a better future.

Talaash, a celebrated management festival at Jai Hind College, recently marked its 24th year. Talaash, organized by Jai Hind College’s BMS department, is a major management festival in Mumbai. It aims to enhance students' creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills while attracting participants from various colleges.
