B.Com. program in Business Management

The Commerce Department at Jai Hind College was established in 1980 and is dedicated to offering Commerce courses within the B.Com, B.A, and B.Sc faculties. These courses are designed to equip students with professional competence in the field of Commerce, taking into account the evolving global landscape Business and Industry. In the first year of the B.Com program, students have the opportunity to specialise in Entrepreneurship, while Management becomes the focus in the second and third years of the B.Com program. Each course within B.Com and B.A is further divided into modules, each with specific objectives and outcomes. Students are engaged in various activities such as Research projects, Case studies, Film Discussions, and Book Reviews as part of their Continuous Assessment - I. These activities not only prepare students to face real-world challenges but also enhance their interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities.
